Our Story

Shiloh Rental Properties, based in Cape Girardeau, Missouri began in 2002 with the purchase of one property.  Today, Shiloh has grown to provide a "Home Away from Home" for hundreds of SEMO University students each year.  Shiloh is the sole owner and manager of each of the properties we rent, thus allowing us to serve the tenant more efficiently.  The Shiloh Management team is hands on with the day to day activities of Shiloh.  Our goal as a company is to provide premium houses for students in prime campus locations, and work hard to promptly respond to any needs that may arise.  We are fully aware that none of this is possible without Jesus Christ being the true leader of Shiloh.  Our job is to manage HIS company and guide each tenant in a way that ultimately glorifies HIM.

All of our properties are within one block of SEMO Southeast Missouri State University main campus. Therefore, we can offer convenient access to all your classes, campus activities, as well as allowing you to save money on gas and parking passes. At Shiloh our aim is to provide SEMO students with a “Home away from Home”.
